SB 85 - Current law provides that any seller that collects at least $250 for either the first or second month of a calendar quarter shall file a return and remit such amount by the twentieth day of the succeeding month. This act modifies the due date by changing it to the last day of the succeeding month. This act is identical to HB 494 (2019). JOSHUA NORBERG
