SJR 15 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, provides that any non-profit organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)4 of the Internal Revenue Code that makes an expenditure for certain communications that includes the name, likeness, or voice of any Missouri resident shall file a disclosure report with the Missouri Ethics Commission showing the source of its contributions. Such report shall be filed within 48 hours of making the expenditure. This amendment is identical to SJR 26 (2018). SCOTT SVAGERA
