SB 916 - Beginning in the 2019-2020 school year, this act prohibits school districts from setting an opening date for the school term that is more than 10 calendar days prior to the first Monday in September.

This act is identical to HB 1826 (2018) and to a provision contained in HB 2446 (2018), and is similar to HB 280 (2017) and HB 1683 (2016).
