SB 799 - Currently, a consumer may request that a credit reporting agency place a security freeze on the consumer's credit report. This act modifies the definition of consumer, and defines protected person, to allow a parent, legal guardian, or conservator of a person under 18 years of age to also make such request on behalf of such person.

This act is similar to HB 1931 (2018).
