SB 741 - Under this act and beginning August 28, 2019, no vaccine containing more than one microgram of mercury per five-tenths-milliliter dose shall be administered to a child or adult in Missouri. In cases of a public health emergency, the Director of the Department of Health and Senior Services may exempt the use of a vaccine from this prohibition.

This act is identical to SCS/SB 538 (2017) and similar to HB 331 (2017).
