SB 721 - Under current law, any claim for workers' compensation must be brought within two years of the injury. This act creates an exception for any injury caused by exposure to radiological materials or equipment so that such claims shall be brought within 30 years after the date of the injury.

This act is identical to SB 443 (2017).
