SB 720 - This act creates the Missouri Radon Awareness Act. This act requires sellers of residential real property to provide a pamphlet, supplied by the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency, on Radon Testing Guidelines for Real Estate Transactions to a buyer. The seller shall also be required to provide a disclosure to a buyer of residential real property with information on radon test results of the property in the seller's possession. The buyer shall also acknowledge the receipt of such buyer's disclosures, with the form of the disclosures and acknowledgments set forth in this act. This act shall not apply to certain transfers of residential real property as set forth in this act.

This act is identical to SB 417 (2017) and SB 1149 (2016).
