SB 719 - This act requires the Department of Health and Senior Services to strongly encourage all long-term care facilities licensed in this state to institute policies that will facilitate familial involvement in the well-being and support of residents of long-term care facilities.

This act is identical to SB 363 (2017), SB 670 (2016), SB 82 (2015), and SCS/SB 564 (2014) and substantially similar to SB 199 (2013) and SB 536 (2012).
