SB 670 - This act requires all organizations that provide pregnancy-related services or counseling, in order to receive state funding, to provide medically accurate and unbiased information on all relevant reproductive health options including, but not limited to, information about birth control, pregnancy, abortion, adoption, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.

An organization providing pregnancy-related services or counseling that violates the provisions of this act shall not be eligible to receive any state funding or tax incentives, including temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) funds or tax credits.

This act is similar to HB 2266 (2018), HB 2296 (2018), and HB 236 (2017).
