SB 636 - Under this act, the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County are both required to establish and implement a plan to increase and maintain the participation of certified socially and economically disadvantaged small business concerns, women's business enterprises, and minority business enterprises in at least 50% of contracts let by the city or county.

This act is identical to SB 90 (2017) and SB 892 (2016).
