SB 1093 - This act modifies provisions relating to pesticides.

Currently, every pesticide distributed and sold shall be registered, and such registrant shall pay an annual fee of $150 for each product registered. This act changes this annual fee to $450. The Director of the Department of Agriculture may deposit up to 7% of the fee in the Pesticide Education Fund created under this act, with such Fund moneys being used solely for funding pesticide applicator certification programs, pesticide education programs, and pesticide waste and container disposal programs.

This act is identical to HB 2573 (2018).
