SB 1069 - This act allows political subdivisions to regulate dogs, provided that no regulation is specific to dog breed. Further, this act states that the General Assembly preempts all regulation relating to specific breeds, and nullifies any existing or future ordinances relating to dog breed.

This act is identical to HB 1398 (2018), and is substantially similar to SB 446 (2017), HB 905 (2017), HB 1811 (2016), SB 865 (2014), and HCS/HB 1116 (2014).
