SB 480 - This act permits persons or entities which operate multiple premises licensed for the retail sale of intoxicating liquors containing alcohol in excess of 5% by volume to designate a central warehouse. Such intoxicating liquors ordered by such persons or entities may be stored at this warehouse and transported to any premises licensed for their sale which is owned and operated by that same person or entity. Malt liquors and intoxicating drinks containing no more than 5% alcohol by volume are not affected by this act.

This act is similar to HB 1141 (2017).
