SB 446 - This act prohibits political subdivisions from enacting ordinances that are specific to dog breed. Further, this act states that the General Assembly preempts all regulation relating to specific breeds, and nullifies any existing or future ordinances relating to dog breed.

This act is identical to HB 1811 (2016) and HCS/HB 1116 (2014), and is substantially similar to HB 905 (2017) and SB 865 (2014).
