Current Bill Summary

SB 439 - Currently, an applicant for disabled veteran license plates whose service connected disability consists in whole or in part of loss of an eye or a limb, or who has a one hundred percent permanent disability, need only furnish proof of such disability when initially applying for the plates.

This act specifies that proof of such disability also need only be furnished once as it relates to inclusion of the international wheelchair accessibility symbol on the plates.
