SB 382 - Currently, the Department of Natural Resources is authorized to accept or acquire lands for park purposes. Under this act, prior to the acceptance or acquisition, all current state parks shall be properly maintained, including that no state park have deferred maintenance. Further, all revenues derived from a particular state park shall be expended from the State Parks Earnings Fund by reinvesting such funds in the same park, with exceptions as set forth in this act.

This act is similar to HB 698 (2017).
