SB 370 - Currently, the Missouri Department of Conservation charges fees for the acquisition of hunting, fishing, and trapping permits. Under this act, an individual, business, or corporation owning at least 80 acres of real property in Missouri shall only be assessed 50% of the nonresident fee for acquiring a hunting, fishing, or trapping permit for use only on the real property owned, provided that such nonresident can also provide a property tax receipt for such property. If the landowner is a business or corporation, only one person within the business or corporation shall be eligible to use the non-resident fee reductions as specified in this act.
