SB 288 - Currently, the circuit court in Jackson County and any circuit court in a circuit which reimburses the state for family court commissioners' salaries may collect a fee not to exceed twenty dollars in civil cases, which shall go towards the maintenance and upkeep of the law library in the designated county. This act provides that the circuit court in St. Louis City may also collect a fee not to exceed twenty dollars.

This act is identical to HB 391 (2017) and SB 812 (2016).
