SB 281 - Currently, board members of public water supply districts are required to complete a minimum of 6 hours of training regarding the responsibilities of the board before they are permitted to receive attendance fees or additional compensation. This act specifies that such board members must complete such training in each duly elected or appointed term of office.

This act is identical to HB 666 (2017).
