SB 224 - This act permits retailers of intoxicating liquor to offer any coupon, premium, prize, rebate, sales price, loyalty program, or discount to consumers as an inducement to purchase alcoholic or non-alcoholic merchandise. It also permits the purchase, publication, and display of advertisements that list the amount of the rebate or discount and the retail price after the rebate or discount.JOHN GRANA
