SB 202 - Under this act, no lobbyist principal, lobbyist, or person acting on behalf of a lobbyist principal or lobbyist shall make any expenditure for any public official, or such person's staff, employees, spouse, or dependent children.

The act modifies the definition of public official to include elected local government officials.

Furthermore, this act repeals all references to lobbyist expenditure reporting requirements.

This act is similar to certain provisions in SB 2 (2017), SB 59 (2017), SB 305 (2017), HB 60 (2017), SB 632 (2016), SB 643 (2016), and HB 2166 (2016).
