SB 133 - This act will require the Board of Election Commissioners to establish, within St. Louis County, seven subdistricts for any school district that is within or adjoining another school district that itself is within, in whole or in part, a street light maintenance district with a population less than 3,000. The subdistricts will be established for the purposes of electing directors of the first mentioned school district. The subdistricts will be drawn as set forth in the act. The requirements of the elected members of the board are set forth in the act.

This act is similar to HB 442 (2017) and substantially similar to HB 2762 (2016).
