SB 57 - Currently, the Net Metering and Easy Connection Act defines a customer-generator as having a qualified electric energy generation unit with a capacity of not more than 100 kilowatts. This act changes this capacity to not more than 1 megawatt.

This act is identical to SB 629 (2016) and SB 75 (2015).
