Current Bill Summary

SJR 14 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, prohibits any person from being elected to the office of Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, or Auditor more than twice. Any person who holds such an office for more than two years of a term for which another person was elected shall not be elected more than once that office.

This amendment is identical to HJR 7 (2017) and substantially similar to HJR 11 (2017).
