Under this act, certain expenditures and covered transfers made by continuing committees, political action committees, and certain persons are required to be disclosed.

Specifically, if such entities have made expenditures or covered transfers exceeding $2,000 in support or opposition to a candidate or ballot measure since the conclusion of the most recent general election, a report specifying certain information concerning any expenditure or covered transfer made since the most recent report that equals $500 or more must be filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission no later than 14 days after the expenditure or covered transfer was made.
