SB 970 - This act modifies certification procedures for licensing boat manufacturers and boat dealers by removing officers of the Water Patrol Division from those permitted to complete the certification and adding authorized or designated employees of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. This act is identical to provisions contained in SCS/HB 1745 (2016) and HCS/SS/SCS/SB 278 (2015), and is similar to HB 1761 (2016), HCS/SB 640 (2016), and HCS/HB 2757 (2016). KAYLA HAHN
