SCS/SB 580 - This act requires either voters or the general assembly to approve the Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority issuing new bonds that would financially obligate the state or before extending current bonds where the existing principal is increased. This act contains an emergency clause This act is similar to SB 330 (2015), SB 319 (2015), and SB 460 (2015).
