SB 1021 - This act adds ambulance districts to the types of political subdivisions whose funds must be secured by the deposit of a certain type of security. The security must be of the same character required for funds deposited by the State Treasurer.

This act is identical to HB 1556 (2016) and HB 185 (2015).
