SB 881 - This act provides that, beginning January 1, 2017, corrections officers and probation and parole assistants must receive, in addition to their regular pay, $75 per month for hazardous duty pay.

Beginning January 1, 2018, corrections officers and probation and parole assistants must receive, in addition to their regular pay, $150 per month for hazardous duty pay.

This act is identical to HB 2283 (2016), is substantially similar to SB 355 (2015), and is similar to HB 2421 (2016), HB 238 (2015), and SB 826 (2014).
