SB 880 - Currently, the Director of the Department of Natural Resources may award contracts for public concessions within a state park on the basis of competitive sealed bids. Under this act, the Director shall give preference to any bidder that is a Missouri resident or whose primary place of business is located in Missouri when the performance promised is equal or better, and the price quoted is the same or less, than other competitors.
