SB 1086 - Under this act, for purposes of workers' compensation laws, employees who work in construction-based industries and are paid at an hourly rate shall have his or her average weekly wage computed at a rate no less than their hourly wage rate multiplied by 520 in the event that they have worked less than 520 hours in the last 13 weeks due to weather conditions.
