SB 1071 - This act adds stationary vehicles operated by a utility worker displaying lighted amber or amber and white lights to the laws requiring motor vehicle operators to proceed with caution and yield the right of way or reduce speed upon approaching the lighted vehicle.

This provision is similar to the truly agreed to and finally passed SS/HB 1733 (2016), SB 1071 (2016), the truly agreed to and finally passed CCS/HCS/SS/SB 732 (2016), and the perfected HCS/HB 1449 (2016).
