SB 1016 - Under this act, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations is required to submit a state plan for establishing occupational safety and health standards to the United States Department of Labor no later than January 1, 2017. The plan shall be consistent with the provisions of federal law which govern states establishing such a plan.
