SCS/SB 35 - This act provides that when the Department of Social Services receives information, including from a MO HealthNet managed care plan, that a MO HealthNet participant, excluding a child in the custody of the state, resides out of state, such participant's MO HealthNet services shall be terminated as provided for under law.
