SB 35 - This act provides that when the Department of Social Services receives information, including from a MO HealthNet managed care plan, that a MO HealthNet participant resides out of state, such participant's MO HealthNet services shall be terminated as provided for under law. The termination of benefits shall be effective on the last day of the calendar month. SARAH HASKINS
