SB 519 - Currently, there is a $32 million annual limit for disbursements from the state supplemental tax increment financing fund. This act creates a separate limit of $4 million for projects in blighted areas of the City of St. Louis which border a former public housing site and which redevelopment may lead to the retention or expansion of over 2,000 geospatial-intelligence jobs.
