SB 468 - This act requires each public school to test each enrolling student for dyslexia and related disorders in accordance with State Board of Education rules. Each school district and each charter school must provide for the treatment of a student determined to have dyslexia or a related disorder.

This act is identical to HB 731 (2015) and is similar to HB 1255 (2015) and a provision contained in SCS/SBs 1, 22, 49 & 70 (2015).
