SB 355 - This act provides that, beginning January 1, 2016, corrections officers and probation and parole assistants must receive, in addition to their regular pay, $75 per month for hazardous duty pay.

Beginning January 1, 2017, corrections officers and probation and parole assistants must receive, in addition to their regular pay, $150 per month for hazardous duty pay.

This act is similar to HB 238 (2015) and SB 826 (2014).
