SB 306 - This act prohibits the use of public funds or governmental economic incentives to be paid to or for the benefit of existing or proposed research or economic incentive projects that involve abortion services, human cloning, or prohibited human research. Taxpayers of the state shall have standing to bring suit against the state or state officials to enforce these provisions. Any record of actions, meetings, communications, correspondence, votes, and deliberations to determine the administration, distribution, and actual use of such awards shall be open and available to the public.

This act is identical to HB 151 (2015).
