SB 16 - This act provides that any person appointed to a board or commission by the Governor shall not serve more than sixty days following the expiration of the appointed member's term of office. If the Governor does not fill the vacancy within sixty days of the expiration of the term, then the office shall be declared vacant and the vacancy shall only be filled in the manner of original appointment.
