SB 85 - This act provides that in the MO HealthNet program, all Provisional Licensed Clinical Social Workers (PLCSWs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Provisional Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) may provide behavioral health services to all participants in any setting.
