SCS/SB 435 - This act allows the Governor to convey the state's interest in specified property owned by the state in St. Louis County to the county. The instrument of conveyance must include a statement recognizing the special relationship between the state and St. Louis County with regard to the use of the property and specifying that the state and county must continue to cooperate regarding the use of the property.
