SB 330 - Currently, there are caps on the amount of revenue bonds that may be issued by the State Board of Public Buildings. These caps were raised on August 28, 2014. Use of funds from the increased cap space is limited to renovation and maintenance of existing facilities. One exception is included for a new mental health facility in Callaway County. For projects other than higher education projects, this act removes the restrictions so that funds from the increased cap space may be used for any project. MIKE HAMMANN
