SCR 29 - This concurrent resolution establishes a "Juvenile Justice Task Force". The task force shall consist of three members of the Senate and three members of the House of Representatives. The list of the additional twelve task force members are specified in the resolution. The duties include making recommendations for juvenile justice reform on: raising the age of juvenile court jurisdiction to age eighteen; removing juveniles from adult jails pre-trial; and revising the age of certification to adult court.

The task force shall submit a report with recommendations to the Governor, General Assembly, and Supreme Court by January 1, 2015. The task force shall expire on January 1, 2015.
