SB 936 - This act allows Boone County to adopt, by order or ordinance, regulations to control the minimum standards of occupancy for residential units rented or leased and also to develop a program for licensing and inspecting the units. The county may recover the costs to administer the program through establishing reasonable fees.

This act is identical to SB 463 (2013) SB 730 (2012) and SB 830 (2010) and is similar to SB 247 (2009).
