SB 22 - This act allows for the redrawing of the circuit and appellate districts every ten years by the Missouri Supreme Court as the administration of justice requires. The Supreme Court must follow certain criteria when redrawing the judicial boundaries, and shall not alter the existing number of circuit and appellate districts. The current circuit and appellate boundaries will remain in law until December 31, 2014, and the Supreme Court will redraw the judicial boundaries beginning in 2015.

This act is identical to HB 435 (2013) and similar to provisions contained in CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 374 & 434 (2013) and HCS/HB 373 & 435 (2013).
