HCS/SCS/SB 219 - This act allows excursion gambling boat licensees to accept credit instruments in exchange for tokens or chips that can be wagered. Multiple instruments may be accepted from the same person and lost or destroyed instruments shall remain valid and enforceable if the enforcing party can prove their existence and terms.

Agreements to operate or share automated teller machines shall not prohibit owners from charging access fees or surcharges to users with bank accounts in foreign countries.

This act is similar to SB 773 (2010), and HB 83 (2011).
