HCS#2/SB 97 - This act authorizes the governor to convey certain state property located at the South East Missouri Mental Health Center to the city of Farmington and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. The governor may also convey property in Callaway County to the City of Fulton. The board of regents of Southeast Missouri State University is authorized to convey property located in Cape Girardeau to the Cape Area Habitat for Humanity. MEGHAN LUECKE
