HCS/HB 546 - Beginning July 1, 2012, this act requires the Missouri Housing Development Commission's executive director or chief executive officer to reside within 40 miles of Jefferson City. Under this act, subject to appropriation, the commission may expend money for its personal services, salaries, and operating expenses. Under the terms of this act, no more than the total of the last two years of funding or a minimum of $300,000, whichever is greater, can be maintained in the Missouri Housing Trust Fund.STEPHEN WITTE
