HB 673 - This act authorizes the Adjutant General to award a ribbon to members of the Missouri national guard who have participated in training outside of the continental United States for ten or more days after July 11, 1984.

The act also authorizes the Adjutant General to award a ribbon to members of the Missouri National Guard who have participated in a state partnership program mission on or after February 13, 1996 in countries that Missouri has a federally recognized partnership with.

The Governor is authorized to present an award to civilians or members of the military who have provided exceptionally meritorious services. This award is called the order of the minuteman award.
